Mrs. Aleya Sultana is one of the pioneer member of the board of directors of Faraja Microfinance Ltd. She holds her post-graduate degree in political science from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Mrs. Sultana has an experience in social work at ASA Bangladesh in the years 2002 and 2003. She was an English teacher at Shakir Muhammad High School, Chunarughat, Habiganj, Bangladesh in 2003 to 2004 for 2 years as a government-registered teacher.

Later, she joined as a Head Teacher of the Government Primary School Department, Bangladesh and she worked in various schools from 2005 to 2016 for 11 years, she is a retired teacher and under a pension scheme by the government of Bangladesh since 2016.

Mrs. Sultana has been an online Arabic teaching professional since 2019 as a teacher and she became a certified international Arabic teacher from 2024, she teaches international students’ Arabic classes.
